What is Subject Border?

Subject Border cuts out the main subject the same way Remove Background does, then adds a glowing or solid-color outline around the cutout edge — the 'sticker' look that shows up a lot in TikTok Story edits and IG story stickers, where a subject looks like it's been peeled off the photo and stuck back on.

Is this the same as Remove Background?
It starts the same way (cutting out the subject), then adds the outline — Remove Background alone doesn't add a border.
