Photos to GIF

Turn a set of still photos into a looping GIF — for when you have photos, not video.

What is Photos to GIF?

Photos to GIF takes a set of still images — a burst of photos, a handful of product shots — and turns them into one looping animated GIF slideshow.

It's the opposite input from the Video to GIF tool: that one converts a video clip into a GIF; this one works when you only have photos, no video, but still want a shareable animated file.

How it works

  1. 1

    Import your photos

Choose the set of images to include, in order.

  2. 2

    Set timing

Choose how long each photo shows before advancing to the next.

  3. 3

    Preview the loop

Check the slideshow plays in the order and speed you want.

  4. 4

    Export

Save as a looping GIF file.

Who it's for

FAQ

Is this the same as Video to GIF?
No — Video to GIF converts a video clip; Photos to GIF starts from still images instead, with no video involved at any point.
